We're a delivery agency, not a development agency
What do we actually mean? For almost 15 years now we have worked with Magento and in that time, had many diverse clients and experiences supporting the platform. The 'developer hour' and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) are aspects that have caused uncertainty in the community. We're here to fix that!
For that reason we are hoping to move to a fresh approach to development, focussing not on single-use code, but to work towards a more common ground encouraging multi-use code (commercial and private extensions) which will ultimately lower technical debt and bring greater ROI for merchants. It's a bit like the SaaS mentality, but retaining the control of the platform
